These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website boldbeliefapparel.com (the “Site”) and any products or services purchased from us (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Bold Belief Apparel operates as an online retail store based in Florida, United States, offering printed t-shirts and related apparel.
All products are produced and fulfilled by our third-party supplier, Tapstitch, and shipped directly to customers within the United States.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our Site. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

You will not upload, distribute, or transmit malicious code, such as viruses, malware, trojans, spyware, or any other harmful software, that may interfere with the operation of this Site, any related services, or third-party platforms.

3. Products and Availability

All products are made to order through our dropshipping partner, Tapstitch.
We make every effort to display accurate colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect actual product colors.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales taxes will be charged on orders shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment system or any third-party payment processor we use.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not shipped by the 8th business day, you may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of the item price.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase

  • Not applicable to sale items, gift cards, underwear, swimsuits, socks, masks, or other personal items

  • Custom or personalized items and customer-damaged items are non-returnable

To request a return:
Email support@boldbeliefapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@boldbeliefapparel.com.

Cancellations:
Orders not yet in production may be canceled and refunded in full.
Orders already in production cannot be canceled.

7. Cancellations and Lost Shipments

For small-volume orders, production typically takes 3–7 business days.
If your order has not shipped after the 8th business day, you may qualify for partial compensation.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bold Belief Apparel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Belief Apparel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
